information
All deliveries and services are subject to our terms and conditions. Kener
Group, Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time
and without prior notice.
Delivery
area
We deliver exclusively within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Price
Information
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include the legal value added tax (except
voucher orders). The prices quoted at the time of ordering are binding (obvious
errors excluded). The shipping costs will be charged additionally (see
Shipping).
Orders
By sending the order, it is binding and the present terms and conditions are
considered accepted. The contract of sale is only finally concluded with the
confirmation of the dispatch by the seller. In rare cases it may happen that
ordered products can no longer be delivered despite order confirmation. If,
contrary to expectations, an item is not available, the seller will inform you
as soon as possible and clarify the further procedure.
Orders will be processed continuously unless otherwise communicated (e.g. holiday absences as per communication in the webshop).
Minimum
order value
We do not apply a minimum order value.
Shipping
The delivery will be made in 5 (five) business days from the order date to
Venipak locker selected by you.

Payment is made via wire transfer.
Ownership
of goods
The goods remain the property of Kener Group, Ltd. until full payment has been
received.
Returns
For hygienic reasons and due to the nature of our products, the exchange and
return of products is not possible. Should the delivered goods deviate from the
order or be defective, please inform us by e-mail within 2 working days. After
2 days, the goods are deemed to have been accepted without complaint. In the
event of a complaint, the goods complained of must be returned within one week
after prior information by email. The costs for the return shall be borne by
the buyer. The goods will then be replaced by us free of charge. Excluded from
this are defects which can be traced back to improper use. We cannot be held
responsible for goods that got damaged during transport. In the case of lost or
damaged parcels, the complaint must be addressed to Kener Group, Ltd.
Right
of revocation
Swiss legislation does not guarantee the customer the right to change his mind
and return a product after an online purchase.
Liability
We assume no liability for the handling and use of the delivered articles or
for incompatibilities on ingredients. We will be happy to advise you on the
application and ingredients before you purchase. We also recommend testing
products 24 hours a day on an insensitive skin area, especially for products
with essential oils or for sensitive skin prone to allergies.
Exceptions
In exceptional cases, product, ingredient lists or descriptions may differ from
the products on kenergroup.eu. Such errors may occur due to changes in our raw
material suppliers. Exchange or claims for damages due to incorrect
illustrations, descriptions or prices as well as late delivery are excluded.
Disqualification
In exceptional cases, we reserves the right to exclude customers from orders
without giving reasons. Should this be necessary, the order will be cancelled
and the amount refunded in full.
Data
protection
We do not give personal customer data which are deposited by customers in the
online shop to third parties, with the exception of the data which are
necessary for the courier dispatch.
Jurisdiction
Republic of Latvia law shall apply to all legal relationships arising from or
in connection with this purchase.
Severability
clause
Should individual provisions of the T&Cs be void or legally ineffective,
the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and the effectiveness of the
other provisions shall remain.
